1. Who We Are
PeakForm Living is a personal training platform operated by a solo trainer serving Indian clients. We provide 12-week body transformation coaching. Virtual coaching for Indian clients across the US and Canada, with in-person sessions available in Washington, USA.

2. Data We Collect
We collect the following information when you use PeakForm Living:
- Account information — name, email address, phone number
- Health & fitness data — height, weight, age, body measurements, skinfold readings, sleep hours
- Dietary information — diet type, food allergies, dietary preferences and notes
- Progress photos — uploaded by you to track your transformation
- Session data — scheduled sessions, attendance, workout logs
- Payment information — payment status and history (card details handled entirely by Stripe)
- Goals & experience — fitness goals, training experience level, injuries or limitations
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to deliver the coaching service:
- Building and managing your personalized workout and nutrition plan
- Scheduling and managing coaching sessions
- Tracking your progress over the 12-week program
- Processing payments for the program
- Sending Google Calendar invites for sessions
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
4. How Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored securely across the following services:
- Database — Neon (serverless PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS us-east-1). Encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Progress photos — Vercel Blob storage, accessible only via unique private URLs.
- Authentication — Clerk. Your password is never stored by PeakForm Living.
- Application — Hosted on Vercel (AWS infrastructure, us-east region).
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
Clerk (Authentication)
Manages user accounts, sign-in, and sessions. Clerk stores your email and name. Clerk Privacy Policy →
Stripe (Payments)
Processes all payments. We never see or store your card details. Stripe Privacy Policy →
Google Calendar
Used by the trainer to create session invites. Your name and email are shared with Google Calendar to send you calendar invites and Google Meet links. Google Privacy Policy →
Anthropic (AI-Assisted Coaching Tools)
Your trainer uses Anthropic's Claude models as drafting tools for two internal, trainer-facing tasks: generating a starting-point meal plan, and summarizing your monthly progress check-in. Depending on the tool, the data sent may include your name, weight, height, age, gender, body fat %, activity level, primary goal, diet type, food allergies, dietary notes, calorie/macro targets, and recent weight, waist, and sleep trends. AI output is a draft only — your trainer reviews and edits it before anything is saved to your plan or shared with you. AI is never used to interact with you directly or make autonomous coaching decisions. 6. Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of your 12-week program plus 12 months after completion. This allows us to support any follow-up programs or reference your progress history.
Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by US tax regulations.
7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email trainer@peakformliving.fit with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.
8. Account Deletion
To delete your account, email trainer@peakformliving.fit from your registered email address. Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Delete your Clerk account (removing authentication access)
- Remove all personal data from our database
- Delete all progress photos from Vercel Blob storage
- Retain payment records only as required by law
9. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication (managed by Clerk). We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to all active clients. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
